WESTOVER — Tax rates in Westover will stay the same in fiscal year 2019-’20. The city’s council – except Janet Goodwin – convened to approve the levy on Tuesday morning. The city expects to raise about $641,127 in property taxes this year, Mayor Dave Johnson said. Last year the city earned about $625,000. Class II properties are taxed at 25 cents per $100 in value. Class IV properties are taxed at 50 cents per $100 in value.
