MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — West Virginia’s One Stop Business Portal will soon be getting a little bigger. On Friday, the state Division of Labor said the online portal — dubbed the Business Startup Wizard — will be updated so business owners can register with the state to pay fees and file annual reports. Man convicted of impersonating assistant federal prosecutor
