Preston Grand Jury hands down twenty indictments
KINGWOOD — Twenty indictments were handed down by the Preston County Grand Jury Tuesday. Included in the indictments was former teacher Cassandra Diann Sisler, 44, of Terra Alta, who taught at both Central Preston and West Preston schools. Sisler allegedly taped a student’s wrists with duct tape and taped his mouth shut. She was indicted on four counts of child abuse with injury.
