Victim killed Friday, found Saturday A Grafton man surrendered to the Monongalia County Sheriff’s Department for murder early Saturday morning. Nicholas C. Padron, 28, is charged with first-degree murder. The victim was Michael Blackburn, according to a criminal   complaint. A Michigan man and Pennsylvania woman face charges after a Mon Metro Drug Task Force raid allegedly found drugs in their home. Charles L. McGee, 50, of Eastpointe, Mich., and Madison Page Downs, 23, of Uniontown, Pa., are each charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
