This after-hours workshop is for anyone interested in real estate investing -- people just getting started, investors looking to scale, and Realtors ready to invest. The Lucas Property Group team will walk through how they buy, underwrite and analyze deals; how they set rehab budgets and scopes; how private money works; and how AI can streamline bookkeeping, underwriting, budgets and lender packages. It’s an educational workshop, not a sales pitch.
