Raymond Clark "Snowball" Brewer, 91, of Blacksville, WV died Tuesday, September 29, 2026 surrounded by his loving family.
He was born December 9, 1934 in Pentress, WV, Monongalia County, the son of the late Plummer Clark Brewer and Clara Virginia Lemley Brewer.
He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Ruby Tennant Brewer; two sons, Kevin Lynn Brewer (Carla) of Daybrook, WV and Darryl Clark Brewer (Mary Ann) of Blacksville; grandchildren, Chad Allyn Chisler, Carissa Chisler, Stephanie Burnette (John), Tabitha Brookover, Katherine "Katy" Bolyard (P.J.), Hayley Brewer, Hunter Brewer (Kinsley), and Tony Moore; great-grandchildren, Colby Chisler, Tyler, Tanner and Tucker Burnette, Emma and Braelynne Brookover, Gage Hathaway, Forrest Lewis, Everly Elliott, Archer and Barrett Bolyard; and Rhett Brewer; and three great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Monica Jean Brewer Moore, granddaughter, Allisha Marie Moore; and one great-great-granddaughter.
Honoring his wishes he will be cremated and there will be no public viewing or services.

The family would like to thank Monongalia Hospital Infusion Center staff for their care over the past 3 years, and Morgantown Hospice Amedisys and their staff for the care they provided during the past few weeks.
