Phyllis Loverine "Sis" Menear, 83, of Rowlesburg, passed away Saturday, August 1, 2026, in Preston Memorial Hospital in Kingwood.
She was born in Freeport June 21, 1943, a daughter of the late John Nelson Blair and Wilda Madge Baker Murphy.
A graveside service will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Kingwood Thursday, August 6, at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Dr. David Spence officiating.
