Joel Watson Holbert, 40, of Morgantown, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, July 15, 2026.
Friends and family will be received in Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce Street, Morgantown, Saturday, July 18, from 4 to 7 p.m. Visitation will continue in the funeral home Sunday, July 19, from 12:30 until the time of the funeral service at 1:30 p.m., with Pastor Lawrence Rebelo officiating.
Following the service, the family invites everyone to the Mount Morris Fire Department Hall, 295 Mount Morris Road, Mt. Morris, for a luncheon.
