According to a Ruby Amphitheater post on social media, the Switchfoot concert scheduled for tonight as part of the Ruby Summer Concert Series has been canceled because of air-quality concerns.
The post says, “We regret to inform you that this evening’s concert has been canceled. We were excited about this show like everyone else, so please know that we explored all possible options, including moving the event indoors, but due to the logistics involved, it was not feasible.
“This decision was made after careful consideration of the current air quality conditions based on reports from health and weather organizations. We prioritize the health and well-being of our community and attendees, and believe this is the best course of action for everyone involved.
“We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to join us for the remaining concerts this season, where we can all enjoy the amazing entertainment together. As always, we will share additional updates regarding the Ruby Summer Concert Series as they become available.
“Thank you for your support.”
