Gerald Russell Braun

Gerald “Jerry” Russell Braun, 68, of Miracle Run, died Tuesday, April 28, 2026 in his residence.
He was born June 21, 1957, in Rogersville, Pa., a son of the late Robert J. Braun and Dorothy L. Lemley Braun.
Jerry was a construction worker and a member of the Mt. Morris Gospel Tabernacle.
Surviving are his wife, Dianne Fletcher Braun; one son, Ryan Braun and wife Carly of Morgantown; three grandchildren, Aria Ann Braun, Eve Elizabeth Braun, and Marcus Ryan Braun. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Deborah Henard; and one brother, Robert J. Braun IV.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 2, at the Olive Cemetery at Pentress, with the Rev. Rose Saunders officiating. Interment will follow in the Olive Ceme-tery.
The Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville is in charge of arrangements.
