FARMINGTON – The accident that led to the death Tuesday of a Farmington toddler remains under investigation, Marion County Sheriff Roger Cunningham said.
Ahmya Hodgson, 2, was struck by a vehicle around 4:17 p.m. on Havana Street in the outlying Marion County town, the sheriff said.
She died later that day after being flown by HealthNet to J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital, Cunningham said.
Citing the ongoing investigation, the sheriff didn’t say whether charges would be filed against the driver.
