Raymond L. “Bud” Lynch, 76, of Baxter, passed peacefully in his home Thursday, February 12, 2026.
Friends and family will gather in the Fred Jenkins Funeral Home, 10 South High Street, Morgantown, WV 26501, Tuesday, February 17, from 5 to 7 p.m., and again Wednesday, February 18, from 10 until the time of services at 11 a.m. Bud will be laid to rest with honors at the WV National Cemetery.
