Joseph Nevera’s trial on a charge of first-degree murder has been rescheduled to April 14, Monongalia County Prosecutor Gabrielle Muccicola said.
Nevera, whose trial was originally set for Tuesday, was arrested and charged after human remains found on Little Indian Creek Road two years ago were positively identified as those of Kimberly Osborne, with whom he previously had a relationship. Osborne had gone missing months before.
