MORGANTOWN - Due to staffing issues, all hearings scheduled in Morgantown Municipal Court for the month of February have been postponed.

Morgantown Communications Director Brad Riffee said all affected parties have been notified in writing of these changes.

According to Riffee, hearings will be the only service impacted.

"The municipal court office will remain open during this time and will continue to accept payments as normal,” he said. "We are actively reviewing staffing options that could help us with scheduling in the future."

Hearings are expected to resume on March 4.
