Dolores Jean Miller passed away peacefully Thursday, November 13, 2025, at the age of 92, in Cameron. Born September 12, 1933, in Morgantown, she was the loving daughter of the late Beryl Core and Agnes Feather Shaver; and sister to the late Richard Core.
Dolores is survived by her daughters, Pamela Miller and Linda Miller, both of Westover; and her son, Richard Miller of Grandville, Mich. She was a grandmother to Torie Edwards and Matt Miller; as well as her great-grandchildren, Frank Edwards, Anthony Edwards, Sammy Edwards; and her great- great-grandchild, Eve. She is also survived by her joyful companions, Zoey and Jojo, her dogs, and her many cherished cats.
Dolores spent her professional years at the Youth Service Center, where she dedicated her life to nurturing the children under her care. Dolores’s faith was an important aspect of her life, and she attended Westover United Methodist Church as often as she was able.
She enjoyed bowling, watching the Golden State Warriors, making ceramics, and all animals.
