Harold C. Lepro

Harold C. Lepro, 88, passed away in his home in Bruceton Mills Tuesday, September 30, 2025. He was born March 4, 1937, in Midway, the eldest son of L. Harold and Dorothy Lepro.
Harold graduated from Monongahela High School in Monongahela, Pa., and Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pa., with a degree in electrical engineering.
He worked at West Penn Power for more than 41 years retiring in 1999.
Harold was an avid hunter, collected farm tractors, and loved steam engines since his boyhood. He also enjoyed caring for his property, visiting family, and eating desserts. Harold would help anyone with a question in math or science.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Patricia Barton Lepro; his children, William (Laurie) Lepro, and Sheryl (William) Ramsey; his grandchildren, Katie (Colby) Ware, Kimberlyn Ramsey, Holly Lepro and James Lepro; his great-grandson, Jackson Ware; and his brothers, Myron (Angela) and Larry. He also leaves numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will take place Saturday, November 1, in Shady Grove Covenant Brethren Church in Bruceton Mills, beginning at 11:30 a.m., with Pastor Michael Bernard officiating. A luncheon will follow at the church
