Anna Marie Walls, 95, of Morgantown, passed away Thursday, October 9, 2025, in Mon General Hospital. Anna was born in Morgantown March 24, 1930, to the late Martin and Mary Hidock Marhefka.
Anna worked as a cashier at the Book Exchange and OJ Morrison’s.
She is survived by her husband of 71 years, Hoye Walls, Jr.; her daughters, Debbie Rosati and Linda Walls, both of Florida; and son, Hoye “Andy” Walls (Terri) of Masontown; grandchildren, Meghan Buck, Brittany DeMent, and Tim Rosati; and four great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Margaret Gregurick; and three brothers, John, Frank, and Joseph Marhefka.
Family and friends are invited to gather in McCulla Funeral Home, 770 Fairmont Road, Westover, from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, October 13. Visitation will continue in the funeral home Tuesday, October 14, from 10 until the funeral service begins at 11 a.m., with Father Gary Naegele officiating. Following the service, Anna will be entombed at St. Mary’s Peace Mausoleum.
