Timmy Alan Gamble II

Timmy Alan “Rudy” Gamble II passed away unexpectedly Sunday, June 1, 2025. He was born November 17, 1992, in Morgantown, to Heather Wolfe and Tim Gamble.
Along with his parents, he is survived by his grandparents, James and Iris Wolfe of Pentress, with whom he had a special bond. Also surviving are his brother, Hunter Gamble (Desiree) of Jakes Runs; and a sister, Madison Poling (Joey) of Morgantown; nephews, Chance Gamble and Oliver Poling; two half- sisters, Renae Snow (Desiree), and Diana Gamble; a stepsister, Nikki Dille; as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He had a very close bond with his cousin, Katelyn.
He was currently employed at a venue cleaning company named CanDo. He considered many of his co-workers like family.
Timmy was a very thoughtful and giving person. It was evident to anyone who knew Timmy that he had a very big heart and would do anything for anyone. He had a peaceful and calm demeanor and not a mean bone in his body. He was almost too kind for this cruel world.
He struggled with depression and addiction for many years. In recent years he was starting to win that battle. But in the end the battle took him.
Friends may join the family to honor Rudy’s life and legacy in Smith Funeral & Cremation Care, 108 Holland Avenue, Westover, from 2 until the time of remembrance at 4 p.m. Sunday, June 8. Following the visitation and at the request of the family, Rudy will be cremated.
In lieu of flowers, please direct contributions to the funeral home to assist with his funeral expenses by calling 304-292-9494.
