Heaven gained a beautiful soul Thursday, May 1, 2025, when Bobbi Lynn Rhine Paul left her body to be with her family and a multitude of pets in heaven, while her cousin, John, held her hand.
A very private person, Bobbi never shared her pain with her family and friends. Only her pets and God knew her suffering.
She may have been small in stature, but she had a big sense of humor and could hold your attention with her wry sarcasm.
Never wanting to hurt anyone’s feelings, she had a way of being honest without judgement. Telling the truth without hurting.
Bobbi was always a hard worker no matter if she was keeping house, gardening, cooking, or working at one of several Morgantown businesses including The Flame, AT&T, or Mylan. She was also a huge Mountaineers fan.
Most of all, Bobbi loved all of God’s creatures. Throughout her life she adopted many dogs and cats, often four or five at a time! Her heart always had room for more. She wouldn’t kill insects, opting to move them outside.
She is survived by family, friends, several cats, and her most-recent rescue dogs, Renegade and Gypsy Rose, who now have a new owner.
No service will be held, but reach out to others who knew Bobbi and celebrate her life. Please consider donating to your local animal shelter, in her name.
