KINGWOOD — Twenty indictments were handed down by the Preston County Grand Jury Tuesday.
Included in the indictments was former teacher Cassandra Diann Sisler, 44, of Terra Alta, who taught at both Central Preston and West Preston schools.
Sisler allegedly taped a student’s wrists with duct tape and taped his mouth shut. She was indicted on four counts of child abuse with injury.
Also indicted:
Jeremy Clinton Watson, 29, of Moundsville, was indicted on one count of burglary.
Chadwick Alan Lancaster, 53, of Moundsville, was indicted on one count of DUI with serious injury and one count of child neglect.
Joseph Allen Harris, 39, of Bruceton Mills, was indicted on one count of felony destruction of property.
Richard Wayne Armstrong, 37, of Terra Alta, was charged with one count of wanton endangerment with a firearm, one count of assault during the commission of/or attempt to commit a felony, two counts of unlawful restraint, one count of domestic battery and two counts of domestic assault.
Travis Aaron Shaffer. 31, of Bruceton Mills, was indicted on one count of grand larceny by fraudulent scheme.
Brian David Rodgers, 47, of Bobtown, Pa., or Dillner, Pa., was also indicted on one count of grand larceny by fraudulent scheme.
Penny Jane Casteel (no birth date given), of Kingwood, was indicted on one count of child neglect with injury, one count of possession with the intent to deliver methamphetamine and one count of possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.
Douglas Toots Close, 40, was indicted on two counts of threatening terrorist acts.
James David Casteel, 28, was indicted on one count of breaking and entering, and one count of grand larceny.
Luann Wiles, 53, of Kingwood, was indicted on two counts of possession with intent to deliver heroin, two counts of possession with intent to deliver marijuana and psilocybin (mushrooms).
Martin Lamont Harris II was indicted on possession with intent to deliver marijuana, two counts of fleeing with reckless intent and two counts of felony destruction of property.
Jason Dee Braham. 51, of Independence, was indicted on two counts of wanton endangerment with a firearm.
Chandler Scott Martin, 23, and Troy Robair Merry, 55, were both indicted on one count of kidnapping, one count of first-degree robbery, one count of grand larceny and one count of conspiracy.
William Charles Lewis, 27, of Aurora, was indicted on one count of possession of a concealed firearm by a prohibited person and one count of failure to appear.
Caleb Mitchell Hosey, 42, of Bruceton Mills, was indicted on one count of felony destruction of property.
LeChad Edward Bolyard, 37, of Terra Alta, was indicted on one charge of grand larceny, one count of altering a serial number and one count of destruction of property.
Sheldon T. Swisher, 36, of Newburg, was indicted on one count of burglary and one count of petit larceny.
Rachel Lin Giffen, 24, of Terra Alta, was indicted on one count of second-degree arson.
