Registration open for alternate learning school in Preston

Registration is open for a free Hope Scholarship funded alternate school at Preston County Youth Center near Reedsville.

This is an opportunity for pre-K through grade 12 students to attend school in a faith-based atmosphere while experiencing a traditional education tailored to their individual needs.

The school is free and includes free lunch.

Trained staff are available to secure your free Hope Scholarship. They can also assist homeschoolers and others to become eligible.

Several certified teachers are on board and more may be hired depending on enrollment. Class sizes are limited and many students are already enrolled.

For more information, visit the facility at 87 VIP Drive, Masontown, go to its Facebook page, or call or text Glenn Larew at 304-288-3259.

An open house is set for 6-8 p.m. April 22.
