Maxine Elaine (Beall) Wise, age 101, passed away peacefully on April 2, 2024. Born December 8, 1922, in Morgantown, WV, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Kathryn Beall.
Friends and family will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce St., Morgantown, from 4-7 p.m. on Friday, April 5.
Mrs. Wise will be moved to Harner Chapel United Methodist Church, 100 Luckey Lane, Morgantown, where she will lie in repose from 10-11 a.m. The funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. with Pastor Pamela Todd and Pastor Dan Meadows officiating. A graveside service will follow at Lawnwood Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in her name to Harner Chapel United Methodist Church, 100 Luckey Lane, Morgantown, WV 26501.
Hastings Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
