Paul R. Duskey, 84, formerly of Blacksville, died Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2023, in the Tygart Center in Fairmont.
He was born May 2, 1939, at Shinnston, a son of the late Guy R. Duskey and Geraldine Hall Duskey.
Mr. Duskey was a retired coal miner and a veteran of the United States Air Force.
Surviving are two daughters, April Morris and Dawniele Christopher, both of Fairmont; two step-sons, Fred Showalter and David Showalter; one step-daughter, Truly Ledsome; one sister, Shirley Conaway; and several grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Duskey; one brother, Guy "Bud" Duskey, Jr., and two sisters, Ruby Brookover and Geneva Hunter.
Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville from 3-5 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 30. Burial will be in the West Virginia National Cemetery in Grafton after the holiday.
