Steptoe & Johnson and Antero Resources team up to support Veterans Table Program

GASSAWAY — Steptoe & Johnson and Antero Resources sponsored the month of November for Mountaineer Food Bank’s Veterans Table Program. This collaboration reflects a shared dedication to making a positive impact on the lives of those who have served the country.

On Nov. 17, Antero Resources and Steptoe & Johnson employees volunteered at Mountaineer Food Bank’s Clarksburg Veterans Table distribution, which ensures veterans and their families have access to essential resources.

“Building up West Virginia communities is core to who we are at Antero, and we are blessed with partners like Mountaineer Food Bank and Steptoe & Johnson, who share this passion,” said Antero Regional Senior Vice President Kevin Ellis. “This is our home and these are our neighbors who have bravely defended our country. No one should be worried about when their next meal will be, especially our veterans. We view this partnership as a way to serve those who served for us.”

Legal team Steptoe & Johnson said the Mountaineer Food Bank’s Veterans Table Program is an extension of its dedication to making a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need.

“We are proud to partner with the Mountaineer Food Bank and Antero Resources to support the Veterans Table Program. One of our firm’s core values is to serve and give back to our communities, and we are grateful for this opportunity,” said Steptoe & Johnson CEO Christopher L. Slaughter. “Serving our region’s veterans that have served our country is an honor.”

The sponsorship of the Veterans Table Program for the entire month of November by Antero Resources and Steptoe & Johnson helped ensure that veterans and their families have access to food during the holiday season.

“We extend our deepest gratitude to Antero Resources and Steptoe & Johnson for their generous support. Their commitment to enhancing the lives of our veterans is truly commendable, said Chad Morrison, CEO of Mountaineer Food Bank. “The sponsorship and the dedicated volunteer efforts showcase a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of those who have served.”
