Just Jaime raising funds for animals

Starting today, Jaime Williams -- Just Jaime to WVAQ listeners -- will be camped at Kendrick Family Ballpark until she raises $10,000 in support of a new shelter for Animal Friends of North Central West Virginia. Jaime Williams -- WVAQ's Just Jaime -- set up camp Friday in the parking lot of The Glass Factory on University Avenue in Star City.

She'll be there until Sunday or until she raises $10,000 for Animal Friends of North Central West Virginia.

This is the third consecutive year she's gone Camping for Canines.

Animal Friends runs a nonprofit, no-kill shelter that provides veterinary services, facilitates adoptions and houses and feeds abandoned and unwanted animals.
