After rains turned off plans for West Virginia University's annual Monday Night Lights event on Aug. 14, students gathered for a make-up session on Monday.
Members of the class of 2027 gathered on Mountaineer Field in Milan Puskar Stadium for a class photo, to watch the Pride of West Virginia perform and to meet and greet their news classmates.
Activities were held on the field and official class T-shirts were also handed out.
Monday Night Lights is a tradition during WVU's Welcome Week festivities, which kick off the beginning of the fall semester.
The first day of classes was Wednesday.
