James Kimberly "Kim" Kelly, 72, of Morgantown, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 12, 2023, at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital. Honoring Kim's wishes, no public services will be held. Hastings Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
