Mon Health Primary Care welcomes new Suncrest location

Mon Health Primary Care welcomed Dr. Gabriella Horvath and Dr. Borbala Julia Czinege to its growing family.

Their longtime office will remain at the current location at 3132 Collins Ferry Road in Morgantown and will be named Mon Health Primary Care — Suncrest.

Horvath and Czinege at Mon Health Primary Care — Suncrest will continue to see patients for a wide variety of illnesses and conditions, conduct health screenings and physical exams, and offer primary, wellness and preventive healthcare.

“The addition of Drs. Horvath and Czinege at Mon Health Primary Care — Suncrest reflects our commitment to expanding access to high-quality healthcare services for our community. These doctors have provided care to generations of patients in Greater Monongalia County and we are so pleased they will continue caring for our neighbors right here at Mon Health,” said David Goldberg, president and CEO of Mon Health System and executive vice president of Vandalia Health.

Horvath received her Doctor of Medicine from University of Szeged — Albert Szent Györgyi Faculty of Medicine in Hungary before completing her internal medicine residency Program at West Virginia University School of Medicine.

“From the beginning of my career in the United States, I always felt at home in Morgantown taking care of my patients as a resident at West Virginia University, an attending physician at Mon Health, and for over 25 years in private practice,” Horvath said. “I feel that being a member of this welcoming community has allowed me not only to be a doctor but also become a trusted friend and neighbor. I look forward to continuing to provide quality healthcare for my patients as a member of Mon Health Primary Care.”

Czinege received her Bachelor of Science in biology from West Virginia University before receiving her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Szeged — Albert Szent Györgyi Faculty of Medicine in Hungary. She completed her family medicine residency at Cornerstone Care Teaching Health Center in Mount Morris, Pa.

“After completing my medical school training in my native country, Hungary, I returned to my hometown, Morgantown, to complete my residency training. During that time, I got to work with many physicians, nurses and staff at Mon Health Medical Center, and provided care to patients in Southwestern Pennsylvania and Morgantown,” Czinege said. “I look forward to continuing my career for years to come as a member of the Mon Health Primary Care team.”
