Frances Linn Bishop, 85, of Kingwood, passed away on Monday, March 13, 2023, at Windy Hill Village Assisted Living. She was born April 30, 1937, a daughter of the late Robert K. Williams and Gail Mildred (Torry) Williams.
Friends may call at Kingwood Funeral Home, 295 S. Price St., from 3-6 p.m. on Sunday, March 19, and at Wesley United Methodist Church from 10-11 a.m., the funeral hour, with the Rev. Jonathan Nettles officiating. Private interment will be at Maplewood Cemetery.
