Steven Michael Blosser, 61, of Morgantown, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2023, peacefully at his home, with his wife by his side. He was born March 30, 1961, a son of Rose Sharon Moore Reiner and the late Vernon Leon Blosser. Steve was a painter and drywall finisher for various companies throughout his career. He was a member of IUPAT District Council 53.
Steve enjoyed the simple things in life. He loved music, singing karaoke, going to concerts and sitting around a bonfire. He took pride in his home. He added his own creativity through landscaping and indoor/outdoor home projects. He loved taking scenic drives with his wife, even dealing with backseat drivers and detours along the way. But most of all Steve loved spending time with family, friends and knew someone everywhere he went. He truly enjoyed life and lived life to the fullest. He will be dearly missed.
He is survived by his loving wife, Jennifer Blosser; son, Michael Blosser and companion April; daughter, Brandy McLaughlin and husband Jeff; stepson, Ryan Burrow; stepdaughter, Tiffany Burrow; stepfather, Donald Reiner; brothers, Bill Zeigler, Kenneth Zeigler, Danny Zeigler, Vernon Blosser, Richard Blosser, Calvin Blosser and Donnie Reiner; stepbrother, Rocky Reiner; stepsister, Vicki Monette; and grandchildren, Alexis Blosser, Savannah Blosser, Jeffery McLaughlin, Arianna Blosser, Angela Blosser, Michael Blosser Jr. and Myla Stevie Faye Dobbs; and many other extended family and friends.
Family and friends are invited to gather at Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home, from 1:30 p.m. until the time of funeral service at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 26, with the Rev. Ray Frankhouser officiating. Honoring, Steve’s wishes, cremation will follow.
