Mary Louise Remmells, 86, of Morgantown, and formerly of Baltimore, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 8, 2023, at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Baltimore on June 13, 1936, a daughter of the late Norman and Mary Harryman Miller.
Mary is survived by her son, David and wife Brenda Remmells, of Morgantown, and her daughter, Catherine Remmells, of Baltimore.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Remmells; a son, Edward Remmells; and a brother, Norman Miller Jr.
Mary was a big West Virginia University fan and loved the state of West Virginia. She enjoyed travelling and planned a yearly family trip that she always looked forward to. She was an animal lover and enjoyed her time with dog, Prince.
Friends may join the family to honor Mary’s life and legacy at Smith Funeral & Cremation Care, 108 Holland Ave., Morgantown, from 11:30 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 11, officiated by the Rev. Lawrence Rebelo. Interment will follow at Arnettsville Cemetery.
