Charles Roy Racey, 80, of Cumberland, Md., died on Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2022, at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born in Keyser, on Nov. 7, 1942. Private cremation has been arranged with the guidance of Smith Funeral & Cremation Care of Westover/Morgantown.
