Joseph Ray Skarzinski, 83, of Hilton Head Island, S.C., and formerly of Morgantown, passed away Friday, Nov. 4, 2022, at Life Care Center in Hilton Head Island, S.C. Joseph was born in Fairmont, on May 20, 1939, a son of the late Joseph Skarzinski and Mary Kendall Cain.
Joseph served his country in the U.S. Army. He later worked as an electrical engineer for Mon Power until his retirement.
Joseph is survived by his daughter, Joey Lyneen Skarzinski, of Hilton Head Island, S.C.; sister, Sheila Shaffer White, of Ida May; and grandson, Jon Tice.
In addition to his parents, Joseph was preceded in death by his wife, Cleo Margaret Dailey Skarzinski; and brother, Delmas Cain.
McCulla Funeral Home provided private family services. Entombment took place at Beverly Hills Mausoleum.
