Barbara June Davisson, Jackson, 87, of Morgantown, passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by her loving family, Sunday, Oct. 23, 2022.
Barbara is survived by her daughter, Whitley; son-in-law, Justin; grandsons, Liam and Levi Clemons, of Morgantown; sisters, Naomi Sims and Lenora Donham and brother-in-law, M.A. Donham; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Margie and Robert Batton; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert Jackson; her parents, George Edgar and Leila Opal Davisson; and brother, Darrell Davisson.
The family will receive friends at the Hope Church Ministries, where she was a lifelong member, 519 Hornbeck Road, Morgantown, from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 27, with Pastors Allen and Joseph Donham officiating. She will be laid to rest beside her husband at the Arnettsville Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Fred Jenkins Funeral Home.
