MRTCentury returns to aid trail upkeep

The Mon River Trails Conservancy has a group of 11 cyclists each committing to bike 105 miles in one day on the Mon River and Deckers Creek trails, plus the connecting Marion County Trail and Sheepskin Trail, to raise funds for the upkeep of the Mon River Trails.

Each cyclist will pick one day between Saturday and Oct. 23 to ride 100+ miles, and pledges and donations will keep them motivated and pedaling.

Do you remember the Mon River Trail mile 12 landslide in February and trail washouts from hard summer storms? Your donations to one of the cyclists will keep the response to these emergency repairs possible and the rail-trails in good shape.
