Donald Wayne Humbertson Jr., 69, of Miracle Run Community, died Monday Sept. 19, 2022, at his residence with his loving wife by his side.
He was born Jan. 5, 1953, in Cumberland, Md., a son of the late Donald W. Humbertson and Gladys Wilison Kenney.
Donald was a purchasing agent at Accurate Foraging in Brave, Pa. Later in his life he worked as a truck driver and drove a concrete truck for Central Supply.
He was a United States Air Force veteran.
He loved to ride his Harley, listen to music and enjoy time with his grandkids. He loved animals, especially his dog, Kia.
Surviving is his wife of 44 years, Bonnie Fox Humbertson; one son, Justin Humbertson, of Miracle Run; one daughter and her husband, Jessica McHenry and Gary, of Buckhannon; one brother, Billy Kenney and his wife Tammy, of Fort Ashby; two sisters and their husbands, Yoland Funkhouser and Frank, of Romney, and Debbie Nicholson and Mike, of Cumberland, Md.; two grandchildren, Payton Humbertson and Benjamin McHenry; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday with Pastor Bryan Headley officiating. Interment will follow in the Core Cemetery at Bula.
