Black Bear Burritos gallery

The Gallery Without Walls Program, hosted by the Arts Council of Greater Morgantown, has recently installed an exhibit at Black Bear Burritos in Evansdale.

Featured on the location’s art-for-sale wall, find pieces of work by Sugar Pop Press and Ciara Amaya. This space was curated by a local artist couple known as ChancyGlance, and will be available for viewing during Black Bear Burrito’s operating hours. Emerging artists

As WVU students browse the creatives on High Street, you will find that some of the vendors were found just on the other side of that table years ago. Graduated from WVU in 2017 with a BFA degree in art education is artist Payton Brown. Brown is continuing her MFA education for painting and therapeutic art at WVU while being actively involved in the Morgantown working artist community. She set up during the August arts walk, featuring her works, which primarily feature oil paintings. Brown’s talents do not stop at painting. This artist sells original coloring books to spread her love for creative expression.

Brown will vend at the Apple Butter Festival, Oct. 8-9 in Berkley Springs.
