
Bobbie Wayne Corbin, 75, of Albright, passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2022, in the comfort of his home.
Born Feb. 25, 1947, in Keyser, Bobbie was son of the late Wayne and Leona Sanders Corbin.
Bobbie is survived by his wife of 49 years, Wilda Diane Biser Corbin, whom he married April 7, 1973; two children, Charles Corbin and wife Susan, of Bruceton Mills, and Apryl Greaser, of Morgantown; four grandchildren, Jacob Corbin, Cody Corbin, Lonnie Dawson and her companion Terence Rollins and Charley Elizabeth Corbin; three great-grandchildren, Isaiah, Mason and Remmington, and another expected very soon, Beckett; one brother, Michael Corbin and his wife Jennifer, of Texas; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, James Corbin.
Bobbie spent over 27 years in the U.S. Military in different branches. He took pride in his time as the maintenance supervisor at Cooper’s Rock State Park. He was the past Commander of Bruceton Mills/Brandonville VFW and participated in the Preston County Funeral Honor Guard.
Later in August, the family will hold a memorial gathering at Coopers Rock State Park with the Preston County Honor Guard providing Full Military Honors.
