Robert “Bob” William Nugent, 69, of Morgantown, passed away peacefully on July 3, 2022. He was born to the late Virginia Hayes Nugent and George Robert Nugent in Cincinnati.
He was a graduate of Blue Ridge School in Virginia and attended West Virginia University where he received a master’s degree in technology education. He was a Microsoft engineer with an A+ certification and owner-operator of Pro-Net Solutions. He loved to cook and was an accomplished home chef. Bob was an animal lover and rescued a number of stray dogs and cats. He especially enjoyed walking his dogs in the hills above his home in Fairmont.
He is survived by his sisters, Dana Nugent (Joe), of Davis, and Leslie Nugent Hartz (Hank), of Oilville, Va.; and brothers, Barnes Nugent and Courtney Nugent (Joy), of Morgantown; and nieces, nephews and friends.
Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Animal Friends of North Central West Virginia.
