William “Billy” C. Morel Jr., 69, passed away on Saturday, May 21, 2022, at Sundale Nursing Home. He was born on July 13, 1952, in New Orleans, La., to the late William C. Morel Sr. and Geraldine Hernandez Morel.
Friends and family will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce St., Morgantown, from 3-7 p.m. on Thursday, May 26 and again from 1 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 2 p.m. on Friday, May 27. Interment will follow at Gladesville Cemetery.
The family asks that donations be made in his memory to the Residence Council for Activities at Sundale Nursing Home, 800 JD Anderson Drive, Morgantown, WV 26505.
