Robert “Bob” Lynn Feather, 76, of Spotsylvania, Va., went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 21, 2022, at home with family.
Robert was born Dec. 17, 1945, in Cranesville, a son of the late Maxine and Wilmeth Feather.
He was the owner and operator of Feather Construction. He loved fishing, hunting, golfing and spending time with loved ones. In his spare time, he enjoyed showing, training and riding horses.
He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Linda Feather; daughters and spouses, Jocelynn Feather, Syndee and Shawn Payne, Lisa and Mike Perrin, Sherri Mullins, Robbie and Russell Fitzgerald, Wendy and Glen Griffin, Beverly and Shawn McNabb, Michelle and Gary Everett and Robin and Boyd Pape; 26 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; sisters and spouses, Linda and Max Elliott, Ella Livengood and Maryann McCabe; and many nieces and nephews he dearly loved.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Season Feather.
Friends may call at the Kingwood Funeral Home and Crematory, 295 South Price St., from 5-8 p.m. on Friday, May 27, and from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral in the funeral home chapel at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 28 with the Rev. Joe Lamm officiating. Interment will follow at the Lenox Memorial Cemetery, Lenox.
