Wayne St. Clair

Wayne Freeman St. Clair, 63, of Masontown, passed away Friday, April 22, 2022, at his home.

He was born in Morgantown, on June 16, 1958, a son of the late Franklin O. and Thelma G. (Miller) St. Clair.

Wayne will be missed by many. He helped a lot of people and was a friend to many. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and relaxing.

He is survived by two sons, Jonathan St. Clair and wife, Casey, of Mount Gilead, Ohio, and Kristopher St. Clair, of Lorain, Ohio; a granddaughter, Cataleia and a grandson, Jayden, both of Mount Gilead, Ohio; two sisters, Rebecca A. Groves and husband Donald, of Kingwood, and Sharon L. Dick of Point Marion, Pa.; three brothers, Roger A. St. Clair and wife Connie, of Masontown, Clark F. St. Clair and wife Ruth, of Reedsville, and Michael E. St. Clair, of Morgantown. In addition to his family, he is survived by his special friends, Evelyn “Evie” Haven, Eric, Cory and Gage Molisee, along with Johnnie Holipsky.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Claude “Barney” W. St. Clair, Alton O. St. Clair and George F. St. Clair.

To honor his wishes, Wayne donated his body to the WVU Human Gift Registry to help further the education of our next generation of doctors. The family will conduct a memorial service at a later date. Field Funeral Home in Masontown is assisting the family after his passing.
