Events in full swing in Mountaineer Country

Events are back in Mountaineer Country beginning the weekend of April 22. Visit Mountaineer Country Convention & Visitors Bureau is working with our community partners and facilities to help ensure a fun time for all.

MECCA 911 and law enforcement are being proactive to manage traffic generated by the numerous events that will bring thousands of people to Mountaineer Country. Be aware that traffic on I-79 between the I-68 split and the Pennsylvania border, especially at exits 153 and 155, will be very heavy April 22-23. Please plan accordingly, and remember, our guests come to town to enjoy our Mountaineer hospitality and spend their dollars locally during their visits.
