Virginia “Ginger” Mae Johnson, 54, of Honeysuckle Hill Road, Morgantown passed away on March 27, 2022, as a result of injuries sustained in a house fire. She was born July 14, 1967, in Morgantown.
She is survived by her husband, Lawrence Johnson; three stepdaughters, Regina (Marc) Ralston, of Fairmont, Paula (Joseph) Salamone and Tina Johnson, all of Morgantown; and numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Also surviving is her sister-in-law and best friend, Jo Ann Mathess, of Dellslow.
Cremation services were arranged by the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home.
A memorial dinner will be held in her memory at a later date.
