William Lee Eye, 73, of Albright (Valley Point community), died suddenly at his home on Sunday, Feb. 27, 2022.
The son of the late William Earl and Mary Louise Watkins Eye, he was born Nov. 18, 1948,
in Albright.
Bill is survived by his wife, Shirley (Sue) Ann Conner Eye; a sister, Sandra Mankins, of Morgantown; a brother, Charley Eye and his wife Mary Sue, of Bruceton Mills; and several nieces
and nephews.
He drove a school bus for Preston County schools for many years, where he enjoyed taking the special education children to school.
Family and friends may call at the Carl R. Spear Funeral Home in Brandonville-Bruceton Mills, from 5 p.m. until the 7 p.m. service on Wednesday, March 2, with Pastor Craig Bolyard officiating.
