Ricky Alan Seaman, 59, of Morgantown, passed away unexpectedly Friday, Jan. 21, 2022, at his residence.
He was born in Morgantown on Dec. 6, 1962, a son the late Gerald and Dorothy Lewis Seaman.
Survivors include his son, Josh Seaman, of Farmington; three sisters, Debbie Freeland and her husband Randy of Wana, Kathy Hanan and her husband Mac and Cindy Seaman, all of Morgantown; his brothers, Robert Lewis and his wife Linda, of Macedonia, Ohio, and David Lewis and his wife Becky, of Pittsburgh; and several nieces and nephews.
Ricky was employed as a coal truck driver for many years, and was a fan of football and NASCAR. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and throwing horseshoes.
Friends may join the family to honor Ricky’s life and legacy at Smith Funeral & Cremation Care, 108 Holland Ave., Westover/Morgantown, from 11:30 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 1 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 28, officiated by Pastor Dan Meadows. Inurnment will immediately follow the service at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens.
