Visitation for Belinda Kay Louk, 49, of Morgantown, who passed away Friday, Oct. 1, 2021, will be held at Smith Funeral & Cremation Care in Westover, from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 19. Interment will follow in Shay’s Chapel Cemetery, Newburg.
