Shipley’s Horsing Around Carriage Service provides wedding transportation for couples in Pa. and W.Va.

KINGWOOD -- A carriage and horses fit for Cinderella created a lot of interest from locals Saturday at the Kingwood Plaza. Many  stopped to get a closer  look at the horses and the flower-bedecked white carriage.

Owners Beth and George Shipley said they had been called to provide wedding transportation for a local couple's wedding.

Several people stopped to comment about the horses, but were not allowed to touch or get very close to them.

The Shipley's Horsing Round Carriage Service is  a wedding transportation company based in Dunbar, Pa.

Beth Shipley said the company does weddings in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

"I think the furthest south we've traveled has been Kentucky," she said.

She said she and her husband also do holiday occasions, carriage rides, anniversaries, proms, graduations, parades, festivals, parties and wagon rides.
