Blennie E. Hawkins, born June 11, 1961, departed this earth on July, 21, 2021. He is survived by his mother, five daughters, a sister, a brother, three stepsons, nine grandchildren and a whole host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. His service will be held in Maryland on July 31, 2021.
