Body found in vehicle identified as Va. man

Police have identified a body found in a vehicle over a hill on Dry Run Road earlier this week.

Monongalia County Sheriff's Office says the body is that is Jessie Lee Young Jr., 40, of Winchester, Va.

According to a release from the department, detectives are looking for information about why Young was in the area and the "circumstances leading up to where the vehicle and his body were found."

Young's remains were located after deputies responded to a call about the vehicle around 5:50 p.m. Monday.
